An early morning explore, after a shattering early start, on our way to Humberside :crazy
Lets just say we 'posted' ourselves into the place, those of you that know, will know what I mean.
Here's a summary of what we saw...
Corridors, rotting away, big thick walls...
The pharmacy, amazingly this has a virtually undamaged machine in there...
Up the water tower...
The view out from the tower...
and the view straight down...
The main hall, full of scaffolding...
The bottom ladders have been removed but that's no obstacle to getting to the top...
In the projection room, an old way of saying STFU...
The central stairs have these mesh inserts to stop people jumping...
The chapel...
A row of cells, off a wide corridor...

and finally, a view along the front of the building...

St. George's has been on my list for a while now so it was good to finally get there. It's a very trashed building but here and there, you find bits completely unchavved. The different coloured seclusion cells were very cool and the "anti-suicidal stairs" were fantastic-I think I took abou 30 photos of them
