The rooftop of the QEQM wing (Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother) of this live hospital - ladies and gents I apologise in advance for the quality of the photographs; I seem to have chosen the most miserable day to go topside in London, but it might be of interest to some of you. Even with the rain splattering on my lens, I shall forever be in my elephant on a rooftop, in London.
Like Guy's Hospital, this is a fairly major complex, comprising a number of buildings, but unlike Guy's, somewhat more disconnected from each other, physically. These were taken off of the tallest building, eleven storeys at roof level. Oh, and it's a hideous-looking building.
The long, grey-ish horizontal thing is Paddington station roof. The long grey-ish vertical thing is a hospital incinerator chimney.
