Question - Strathdon Hotel Nottingham

Anyone know anything about the Strathdon Hotel in Nottingham and if its even accessible? I know of someone who got in around September in 2021 but flash forward 3 years now and the place is still relatively low graffiti (at least from the outside) and seems a bit of a challenge to try even get in. Looks like a fun explore from pictures inside but its location is a bit awkward to try.

I think people were getting in up the fire escape before Mr Doggo security was employed.

Doesn't seem worth the effort currently, I'm sure it'll have its day again though.
