Report - Tenpin - Pilsworth - March 2015

id previously been to the Vue Cinema in Pilsworth and saw the right next door, so eventually I decided to give it a shot. I got inside and got to explore for a good 45 minutes before security came and escorted us off the premises. I attempted to return a couple of days later but it was all locked back up and security soon found us again. Ive never seen a thread about this place so I hope y'all like it. Anyway, heres a little history on the place;
The bowling alley originally opened in the late 1980's, along with the Warner Bro's Cinema on the same site. the bowling alley was originally called Mega Bowl, and was located on Park 66 in Pilsworth. Tenpin offered 30 computerised bowling lanes, a large arcade, a bar and English and American pool tables. Tenpin closed 3 years ago in March 2012 after AMF bowling was opened in Bury, The Rock in 2010. Now, the building lies derelict and mainly untouched.

Well done mate, I tried a few weeks ago to get in there the cinema and Pizza Hut. I didn't encounter any secca. Haha, maybe they only work weekends.

I went on a week day twice and they were there both times but my brother went at half 9 at night and they weren't there. Its been boarded back ip now which is a shame but glad I got to look around

Considering how long this place has been empty and how often the cinema next door was getting hit, I'm surprised we haven't seen anything from this place already, good work

Thanks! & I think it shut down the end of last year/start of this year. It was the only building on the place that was even open aha

Brill stuff. Waited a while to see this. I did once get in the Italian restaurant. Didn't do a report has nothing really to see in there except a nice hot plate service area. But this is one I wanted to see grats.

yeah I've been dying to go here, it's locked up now but it was really eerie inside

I used to go here... It is largely untouched, those crt monitors are surprisingly still there. I wonder where all the arcade games went?
