The Lexington is a 35 storey building positioned on the waterfront in Liverpool, just infront of the West Tower. This building mainly consists of 325 apartments and a ample amount of leisure facilities.
The building is 105m tall and construction was completed in September 2021, after beginning in November 2018, it's estimated cost is £90,000,000.
Designed by Falconer Chester Hall Architects of Liverpool, this structure has won 7 awards for numerous qualities.
Anyway, the report.
The infiltration consisted of me and an old mate briskly making our way up the classic ''fire exit'' staircase, them 35 floors were a workout.
