Two spots here from Neath I thought may be worth a look, I can't get there myself at the moment though. If anyone here happens to pass through Neath then these may be worth seeing. Well, one is in Skewen but that's close enough.
A few years ago I went on a stroll around Neath with some friends and walked past a care home that definitely looked abandoned but did not go in. Last night whilst poring over Google maps I found it again, and on the most recent photo it still looks the same as I remember it. There's plans to develop the site, so it may still be there and worth a look.
The other one was just a building I thought looked nice when scrolling past, and yeah it is abandoned. The sign is still there hidden in the bush. Nice looking building too!
