Not 100% sure, but I’d expect so

Ive heard flats, in Balfron and Trellick, are very desirable.

They are, and with good reason, at least in Trellick they're massive - and in a decent location with views across the capital.

The majority must still be occupied by council tenants, but some of the larger, privately-held ones must be £1m+ by now
