Good shots from everyone, and shouts to ojay for organising this, it was a good laugh. Its a shame we had to bounce so early but both myself and theflu24 had been awake for far too long, and my feet where getting rubbed to pieces in my wadonz. Looking forward to the next one !
Some of my shots.....
We rolled up at 5:30 am straight from an all nighter in Liverpool. The canal was looking pretty at that hour
Then, after seeing around 200 police cars wandering up and down the road and bridges, the police helicopter turned up for a mooch.
Eventually a couple of police officers wandered over to ask what we where up to....and being satisfied that we where not the murders they seemed to be after, let us crack on and get some breakfast and a brew cooking up.
Then on the promise of drains and questionably cooked breakfast meats, people rolled up.
EDIT: Big up to the pikeys that slung my bread rolls and my camping frying pan into the water - much apreciated guys

Sorry i had to disappear early, will stay longer for the next one and i can have more of a chance to put faces to usernames ect. Not a bad morning
Some really great photos guys Not had time to upload mine yet, although I only took a handfull. I put the camera away after the 'flood' and didn't bother getting it back out.
I reckon I chose a good meet for my inauguration into the world of the drain0r. Well over 20 people people in total, with excitement, drama, suspense, water and pyrotechnics. I'm not sure I'm a drain convert just yet, but it was definitely a day I won't be forgetting in a hurry.
It was great to finally put some faces to names. Hopefully I'll see some of you around at future meets/explores.
