I have not put this in Underground, because it is not underground, it just has a wall in front of it!
My theory to the buildings purpose was that it was built as an ARP first aid post for the steelworks. However we saw electricians inspection marks from the late 20's, so the reason for its oddd construction baffles me.
Not the most amazing thing I have ever seen, but well worth seeing if you are passing.
