Quick History
Lower Mill is an office complex comprising the remainder of a Georgian water mill and detached granary building which are both Grade II listed.
The old mill building burnt down in 1938 but the houses still stand.
Offices where incorporated into the building in extensions in the late 1970s and 1990s.
From 2000 the buildings were just used as offices
The buildings were recently letted and are to be turned into shelter and housing, with the ugly main office building being demolished.

How it looks today
The Explore
Was a quick nice and easy explore, although it looked as the main building (offices) had been completely stripped before being boarded up and were trashed.
Couldn't get into one of the houses, as it was completely boarded up.
Was great to see that the Grade ii listed buildings did not look to be trashed.
Set off an alarm by opening a random oddly placed fire door so had to leave prematurely. Came back but was greeted by and chased by security, but they left due to the appaling weather and that hence allowed us to explore freely.
Furthermore, there are multiple security cameras around the outside of the buildings, but it looked as they were not active, many of the cameras were pointed straight down at the floor or upwards.
Pictures are rushed due to the threat of security returning.
