Back in early 2019 I visited Harrow Court 17 Storeys tall block of flats in Stevenage.
Harrow Court was built in 1965 just outside the main town centre of Stevenage located in the town centre gardens or you may know it as the duck pond where thousands of ducks would be swimming in the pond outside the building.
There is a identical tower block opposite called Brent Court which was also built in 1965.
