Sorry to bump an old thread - it turned up when I was Googling this location. Just thought I'd add that the Ducker isn't too hard to get into if you want a look around, though it's pretty hazardous, as some of those pics show. It's fenced off, but if you have the agility there are various ways in.
Sadly, I didn't have the agility, so carried on walking (I was on the Capital Ring route, the orbital walk around London, which goes through Harrow School and down here). But anyone who fancies it, the access is via this path, then over the fence on the right. Seems a shame that it's almost back to nature now - it's pretty atmospheric/haunting down there. (Not so haunting on a bright day like this one, maybe, but still.)
