It's a fantastic lens. That extra 2mm makes a difference for split corridor shots and staircase shots etc. it's a big lens though and heavy and no ois in the lens but your new camera has stabilisation.

Surely most of those must be camera? If it's a phone then I want one - underground is the only place I still (reluctantly) bother with a camera.

Iv got reasonable set of phone pics from.here but need to paint some of them caverns.
