You can get one called BLF Q8 that does over 5000 lumens for about £50 now. I've had a play with one and its legit 5000 lumens too, not chinese lumens.

Possibly from a copy like that trust me exposure lights are legitimate ratings, the lights are synonymous among mountain bikers.
I would be wary about these copys but prob great for what we do, but not sure Id do 35 down a mountain with one in middle of night lol. The exposures are bomb proof too, mine if full of dents & never has an issue...
