When did each restaurant close? The northbound looks to have been open more recently judging by the post 1997 new style safety/exit signage, whilst the southbound adverts date it to the late 80s I would suggest? Great job getting in there!

I’m not 100% sure about the closure of the Southbound restaurant but it looks like it closed during the refurbishment of the services that took place in the late 90’s.

In terms of the fire exit signs I’d imagine they’ve been updated to the modern standard along with the rest of the building as it’s still live, particularly the northbound tower as contractors us it to access the phone masts on the roof.
