Some excellent pictures there.
I did a cyclo-cross race here years ago. Part of the Urban CX series.
I remember thinking how strange it was with a small part of the site all redeveloped, signing on in a flash cafe/restaurant then racing around the deserted concrete walkways and overgrown green areas.
Id have thought they'd have finished the project by now.

Great pics and brings back memories!

Know it very well as Mum grew up there. Nan & grandad (Mum's Mum & Dad) had a maisonette on Norwich Row and brought up 7 kids, small but almost like a Tardis inside.

I remember the pubs, some very "interesting" characters in them

Not surprising that drugs such as heroin took over them kind of places, the architects who designed them should have been made to live in them, I get the photography but not the design lay out.
