Report - Park House - Liverpool - June 2022

[Liverpool Urbex]

"Park House in Waterloo is a former convalescence and nursing hospital, turned guest house, which has been run by the Augustinian Sisters since 1902" Originally "built in 1878 as a home for a wealthy Liverpool corn merchant and his family. The house, in the quiet district of Waterloo Park, is set in two acres of peaceful gardens with its own fishing lake." - Liverpool Echo

The site closed at the end of 2015.

Local kids have pretty much obliterated the place over the years which is a shame. The chapel is the only worthwhile bit.
Funnily enough, we found the access by watching some kids leave.
We seen some more kids in there smashing shit up who seen us, shit themselves and left.

Ironic really iv got this ladled on my pin as "park house, nice windows" guess i better change that now!

A right mix on the build there. You can still see some og bits which is nice, shame the local kids have done so much damage. What was it about Victorian builds and their green drain pipes.! hummm
