My favorite death trap is probably Facit Sandstone Mine, it's a complete labyrinth of passages inside the pillar and stall mine. I have seen talk of 120km of passages, this was quoted after the rescue of 3 children who were missing in here for a few days. Navigating your way through is interesting as it all looks the same and is sort of laid out in a grid pattern.

Apart from that it's one of the most unstable places I've seen and that's throughout, the floor often mirrors the shape of the roof as the rock falls off, people have used string in the past to mark the way through but this is now buried under fresh rock falls. I've not encountered bad air in there myself, but a couple of people I know have done in the past.

I've always rather enjoyed the "floating" floor which you pass on the way up the Central Hydraulic Tower in Birkenhead.

Not to mention all the fun of the spiral staircase and subsequent ladders, which are certainly a tad on the sketchy side!

Springmount Mill, first time I went in here it was dark, and missed this hole by a few feet!

I'd forgotten about this one. Chatham Deep Refuge shortly before it got sealed. me & @Brewtal visited one night and going down those stairs one of the wooden steps completely collapsed when @Brewtal trod on it. Luckily he managed to keep his balance as the wooden beam went crashing down the stairs all the way to bottom. His face was a picture :D

The boiler house at Chatterley Whitfield is rather sketchy, probably the most bouncy feeling concrete floor I've stood on. Worth it though, not often you see 10 Lancashire boilers in a row, albeit they are rather decrepit having stood in the rain for the best part of thirty years.

This farm in Tarporley was probably my most dangerous explore
Walking on beams on the second floor was not a good idea
Won’t be doing anything like this again, I always try to go with someone now and let a third person now exactly we’re I am
I think if I’d have fallen I’d still be there now

Granted I haven’t explored that many places but Rylands Mill was definitely pretty sketchy.

The ‘Safety starts here’ sign seemed slightly misplaced.
