certainly rare for a city centre derp to survive the ravages of the city planners. I thought that excelsior printers may hang on forever, or the DW building... but for this to still remain undeveloped (especially in the heart of studentsville) is quite remarkable, really.

I used to walk past this place and often wondered what it was like inside.
Some of my family around WW2 used to work at the India Rubber Co., interesting view of that one.
I love the old workshops in places, 'Mather & Platt' is a name I haven't heard in an age!
