Željava Aerodrom, also known as Željava Air Base, located on the border between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, near the city of Bihać. It was once the largest underground hangar and military air base in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and one of the largest in Europe.
Constructed during the Cold War, this base was designed to withstand a direct hit from a 20-kiloton nuclear bomb. It features an extensive network of underground tunnels spanning approximately 3.5 kilometers within Mount Plješevica. The facility was equipped with advanced systems for air and water purification, radiation protection, and more.
A very bond film explore, I think you could drive a jumbo jet down these corridors.
