Just in regards to the original report, the first picture and the one looking up at the cross are particularly excellent.

Brilliant pics, late to the party commenting on this one but stumbled across this and it’s so good to see the site before they flattened it. Spent some time as an inpatient here as a kid and the old children’s ward which was on the 1st floor if I remember correctly, gave me the creeps!
